Led by Proprietor Mr. Biju S., who has a strong technical background in machining-process development and production activities, the company is supported by experienced engineers, skilled staff and trained machine operators. Our team is committed to delivering components with high dimensional accuracy, consistent quality and reliable performance.
Our manufacturing facility operates with 35 HP power capacity across an 1200sq. ft. factory area. With suitable infrastructure, technical expertise and dependable resources, B.P. Industries can undertake orders for precision keyways, internal splines and customized machined components while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery.

Keyway Slotting
We undertake precision keyway slotting up to a 450 mm stroke for industrial components measuring up to 1.5 metres in diameter. Our process ensures accurate width, depth and alignment according to customer drawings.
Internal Splines
We manufacture precision internal splines for gears, couplings, hubs, transmission parts and customized engineering components. Every spline is produced according to the required profile, dimensions and application.
Precision-Machined Components
We manufacture customized precision-machined components for different industrial requirements. Components are produced according to customer drawings, material specifications, dimensions and required quantities.
